Description of an in-house method for the quantitative determination of diisononyl phthalate(DINP),di-n-octyl phthalate(DNOP),diisodecyl phthalate(DIDP),bis-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP), dibutyl phthalate(DBP) and benzylbutyl phthalate(BBP) in food by tandem LC- ESI/MS/MS.
The method has been validated in-house for in food. An application of the method to matrices not covered by this scope of application requires an additional validation.
The method corresponds to Taiwan FDA standard method with modifications on analytical conditions and calculations.
